Innovation Catalyst
A passionate design thinker with more than 15 years experience advocating for and implementing meaningful user experiences. She is at her best when she is working closely with clients and research teams to breathe life into opportunity spaces. From discovery, to concept development techniques, to quickly iterating possible solutions, she has knowledge and experience in every facet of the human-centered design process. Alyce holds a B.A. in Design from UCLA, several professional certifications and was a "Leading by Design Fellow" at California College of the Arts in 2013.

Strategic Qualitative Researcher

An applied anthropologist with a natural approach to noticing unspoken behaviors, and influencers in any setting. Zarla has extensive experience crafting human-centered studies and leading strategic research efforts. She partners with design agencies and businesses to organize creative teams, and to articulate people’s untold stories. Prior to her current independent consulting work she was Director of Insights at Motivate Design and a Senior Researcher at Essential. Zarla holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.

A business process and strategy consultant with 20 years experience helping companies assess and understand complexities of their customer interactions. He leads initiatives to help clients connect the strategic dots between their marketing initiatives and business objectives by developing actionable strategies that deliver measurable business results. A key ingredient to Rick’s work is helping ensure that clients make decisions with their ‘eyes wide open’ by using meaningful ‘real world’ data and relevant information to inform decisions. He has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, with a focus on business strategy and marketing, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Detroit.

Tony holds a B.F.A. from San Francisco State University, was an Adjunct Professor at Parsons, the New School for Design and is a recipient of the Breakthrough Award for Most Intrusive Creative - The Phelps Group

She maintains a sharp focus on client needs, end-user motivations, the process and the schedule, result in meaningful and outstanding results. Angela holds a B. A., with Magna Cum Laude honors, in Communications from Santa Clara University.
